HOW TO START SELLING Live Streaming Events & Conference and File Sharing Services


  • Select the drop down menu with user name in the top right corner and select “Conference and Sharing or Live Streaming Event”
  • Fill out service information and publish.

Types of Services

  • Live Streaming Events

Live Streaming Events are services that enables users to buy and sell tickets to live events. Live Streaming Events can host up to 1000 users in 1 room simultaneously.

How to create a Live Streaming Event

  1. Register
  2. Login
  3. Select “Live Streaming Event” on the dropdown menu.
  4. Create “Live Streaming Events” Service card. Save and Submit.
  5. Users “Live Streaming Events” Service cards are available to view, share, and purchase when VCM users search “All” or “Live Streaming Events” in the search menu.
  6. When a “Live Streaming Event” ticket is purchased both the buyer and the seller will receive notifications that a ticket has been purchased. The buyer will also receive a link in conferences in the drop down menu to access the event at the time of purchase, the buyer’s calendar will automatically mark their profile calendar as a reminder of the upcoming event. On the day of the “Live Streaming Event” the buyer will click the link fie the event in their conferences to the event and will be granted access.
  7. Please note that punctuality is a must. VCM does not provide refunds to “Live Streaming Events” if the buyer is unable to attend.
  • Conference and File Sharing Services

Conference and File Sharing Services are various services that are provided using 1 on 1 video conferencing and file sharing simultaneously. (See steps below)

How to create a Conference and File Sharing Service

  1. Register
  2. Login
  3. Select “Conference and File Sharing” on the dropdown menu.
  4. Create “Conference and File Sharing” Service card. Save and Submit.
  5. Users “Conference and File Sharing” Service cards are available to view, share, and purchase when VCM users search “All” or “Conference and File Sharing” in the search menu.
  6. When a “Conference and File Sharing” is scheduled and then purchased both the buyer and the seller will receive notifications that the service has been purchased. The buyer and seller will both receive a link to access the” Conference and File Sharing Service” in the drop-down menu under conferences at the time of purchase. The buyer and sellers’ calendar will automatically mark their profile calendar as a reminder of the upcoming event. On the day of the “Conference and File Sharing” the buyer and the seller will click the link to the service in conferences and will be granted access to the 1 on 1 conference.
