HOW TO START SELLING your non-conferencing & conferencing services


  • Select the drop down menu with user name in the top right corner and select “Start Selling”
  • Fill out service information and publish.

Types of Services

  • CONFERENCE SERVICES

o Are services that require live video conferencing services that are scheduled using the built in conference listing links, and calendar. Scheduled conferencing services allows users to offer services for sale for an hourly rate + include add on options to the services that they provide for an extra fee.

o This feature requires sellers to register and login to their accounts. Select the drop down menu with user name in the top right corner. Select “ Start selling” . Fill out service information and publish. CONFERENCE SERVICE Cards will appear when users select Search conference services.

In short this is how the flow should flow for scheduled conference service

  1. Register, login, and create conference service card. (Seller)
  2. Buyer selects sellers scheduled conference service, or order now.
  3. Buyer schedules date and time for proposed conference.
  4. Seller confirms the buyers date and time for proposed conference.
  5. Buyer receives confirmation or rejection – if buyer gets rejected than the buyer receives notification of rejection.
  6. If the scheduled service is accepted by the seller, the buyer will proceed to purchase the service. Once selected, the buyer will be redirected to pay pal to pay for service.
    Once the buyer completes the payment to seller both the buyer and the seller will receive email confirmation of payment, and the service provider (seller) will have service shown on their profile calendar date will be highlighted in blue.
  7. The buyer and seller will both receive conference link in conferences that allows them to enter conference.
  8. The buyer and seller enter conferences and seller provides 1 hour conference to buyer. If conference is shorter than 1 hour the buyers are provided an icon to end conference, the seller will receive a notification that the buyer has ended conference.
  9. The buyer will be directed to rate and review the seller. Ratings and review are posted to the sellers rating and reviews. Which is also factored into the sellers current rating and review status on their profile.
  10. Scheduled conference is finished.
  • INSTANT CONFERENCE SERVICES

o This feature ( Instant Conference) This feature requires sellers to register and login to their accounts. Select the drop down menu with user name in the top right corner. Select “ Start selling” . Fill out service information and publish. While filling out their service card users can select to make their conference instant.

o CONFERENCE SERVICE Cards will appear when users select Search conference services.

In short this is how the flow should flow for instant conference services:

  1. Instant service provider must be online and have the “instant conference “option on. (Seller)
  2. Instant service buyer must be online and must select the “instant conference” link from seller (Buyer)
  3. The seller must accept request. (Seller)
  4. The buyer pays via PayPal. (Buyer)
  5. PayPal redirects instant conference buyer to conference with instant conference provider.
  6. 1 hour conference duration unless buyer selects end conference.
  7. Seller acknowledges end of conference.
  8. Buyer rates seller.
  9. Conference ends
